The diocesan office for the Protection of Children and Young People was created in an effort to ensure the safety of our young.

You can contact a member of the Pastoral Intervention Team by calling 516-678-5800, Ext. 216 or Ext. 573, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

A dedicated telephone line for reporting allegations of sexual abuse (516- 594-9063) continues to be available. If the caller does not reach a member of the Pastoral Intervention Team directly, a messages can be left.  Your messages will be retrieved and you will be contacted by a Team Member as soon as possible.
