Initiation-Infants Baptism

| Infant Baptism are celebrated the
first four Sundays of every month at 2:00 pm. Parents must
contact the Rectory at 516-785-1266 to register their child. An
instruction class for parents is held every FIRST TUESDAY from 7:30 -
9:00 pm in the basement of the Rectory. |

The Office of Faith Formation is open
from 10:00 am - 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm -4:00 pm Monday through Friday,
or by appointment.
Registration
New families have to register as
parishioners at the Rectory Office. Then, please, bring your child's
baptism certificate to the Office of Religious Education (Religious
Education) during the hours stated above.

Initiation-Adults
|
Any adult who
was never baptized, received first Eucharist, or Confirmed should
contact the Rectory (516-785-1266) about enrolling in the RCIA
Program. |

Marriage
-
- Arrangements should be made as soon as
possible, preferably before reserving a hall, but no later than
six months prior to the
- Wedding Date. The same priest
initiates and completes all the arrangements with the couple.

Communion and
Anointing of the Sick
-
- Those who cannot attend Mass regularly
because they are frail-elderly, homebound or suffering an
extended illness may receive Holy Communion at home by
contacting the rectory. Anyone going to the hospital or
who has a serious illness can celebrate the
- Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick, which
is celebrated communally immediately following the 12:15 pm Mass
on
- the First Sunday of each month, or by
contacting the Rectory as soon as possible if there is an
immediate need.
